MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity):

  • For ready stock home fragrance products (reed diffusers, home fragrance sprays, scented candles, blended fragrance raw materials): 50 units per scent
  • For custom private label / OEM fragrance orders: 300 units per scent. Custom quotations are available.

Wholesale Price:

We offer tiered volume pricing: the larger your order, the lower your unit price.

1. 50–499 pcs (Standard MOQ): Base factory wholesale price

2. 500–1999 pcs: Additional volume discount for medium-size orders

3. 2000 pcs & above: Best direct factory preferential rate

Custom logo, custom label printing and bespoke packaging for home fragrance products are available with small extra charges.
Our blended fragrance raw materials can be used for various finished products such as body oil, roll-on perfume and other fragrance items. Buyers may further process the raw materials for their own product lines.

Lead Time:

  • Ready stock home fragrance orders: 3–7 working days after payment is confirmed.
  • Private label / OEM custom fragrance orders: 15–25 working days after we receive your deposit and confirm your final print-ready artwork files.

Shipping time is additional and varies based on your destination country.

Payment Terms:

T/T bank transfer (wire transfer) is our preferred payment method for all wholesale orders. We will provide our official bank account details on the Proforma Invoice once your order is confirmed.

  • Orders under $1,000: Full payment via PayPal or T/T wire transfer.
  • Orders over $1,000: 50% deposit to confirm your order; the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.
    We will arrange shipment only after we receive your full payment.
    Full banking information will be shared together with the Proforma Invoice after order confirmation.

Samples of our home fragrance products and blended fragrance raw materials are available for quality testing. Sample cost plus international shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
Sample fee can be partially deducted from your first bulk wholesale order when the total order value meets our requirement.

SDS & Product Documentation

We are able to supply SDS/MSDS safety data sheets for our fragrance products and blended raw materials upon your wholesale request.

Return & Refund

Please inspect all goods immediately upon arrival. Any damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery, accompanied by clear photos or video proof.
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for custom private label / OEM fragrance orders unless production defects are confirmed by our team.
