  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on qbeiluna.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products. This website is intended for users aged 18 and above.

  1. About QBEI LUNA

QBEI LUNA, a brand of QIANBEI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, specializes in botanical‑formula fragrance‑related goods. Our current product range includes commercial‑space aroma diffusers, indoor home diffusers, space‑use fragrance oils, car‑mounted fragrance products, room mists and scented balms. Some products are intended for environmental‑atmosphere diffusion. We serve both individual consumers (B2C retail) and business clients (B2B wholesale and subscription). This website offers QBEI LUNA fragrance‑related merchandise, with the right to expand product categories in the future.

  1. Account Registration

1. Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.

2. You are responsible for all activities under your account; safeguard your login credentials.

3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

  1. Products and Pricing

1. All products are displayed in real‑time; images may vary slightly due to monitor differences.

2. The price confirmed at checkout is final, settled in USD.

3. Please follow printed instructions for proper product use. For diffusion‑oriented fragrance oils, avoid direct skin and eye contact.

4. Fragranced goods may trigger individual allergic reactions. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if discomfort occurs.

  1. Orders and Fulfillment

1. Order‑confirmation email is not shipment confirmation.

2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, undeliverable regions, etc.). Cancelled orders are fully refunded to the original payment method.

3. Standard processing time is 2‑3 business days after payment confirmation (see Shipping Policy).

  1. B2B Monthly Subscription — Special Terms

This section applies to business clients who choose a subscription plan. Specific plan contents (refill frequency, diffuser model, quantities, etc.) are set forth in product page, quotation or signed written contract agreed between you and us.

1. Services: During the subscription, we deliver fragrance‑oil refills on a recurring schedule and provide diffuser‑hardware for usage. A refundable equipment deposit of USD 30 shall be collected for each provided aroma diffuser.

2. Equipment Ownership & Deposit Rules:
The diffuser hardware is loaned to the subscriber.
If the customer maintains continuous active subscription for twelve (12) full billing‑cycles, ownership of the diffuser hardware shall transfer to the customer permanently, and the full USD 30 deposit will be refunded. Upon subsequent cancellation, no equipment return is required.

If subscription terminates within less than 12 full billing‑cycles for any reason, diffuser hardware remains the exclusive property of QBEI LUNA.
Upon such termination, Customer shall arrange shipment and return the complete diffuser unit with all original accessories within forty‑five (45) calendar‑days after termination date. Customer bears all return‑shipping costs.
Ordinary fair wear‑and‑tear during normal operation is accepted and will not incur charges.
The USD 30 deposit will be fully refunded after we receive and inspect the returned unit in good working condition.
In case of loss, non‑return within the required period, or severe damage to the diffuser and accessories, QBEI LUNA reserves the right to withhold the full USD 30 deposit as compensation for equipment loss.

3. Refund Rule: Any applicable subscription‑related refund will only be processed after QBEI LUNA physically receives and inspects returned diffuser hardware in acceptable condition. No refund shall be issued before full receipt and inspection of equipment.

4. Non‑Return / Damage: If the full set of diffuser hardware and original accessories are not received within the 45‑calendar‑day return window, or hardware is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair (excluding normal wear‑and‑tear):
QBEI LUNA reserves the right to deduct the depreciated equipment value from any outstanding refundable balance owed to Customer.
If such refundable balance cannot cover depreciated equipment value, Customer shall settle the remaining shortfall upon formal invoice.

5. Cancellation: Send cancellation notice via email to wholesale@qbeiluna.com no less than 48 hours prior to your next billing cycle. Fees already incurred for current billing‑period are non‑refundable. The subscription terminates at end‑of‑current billing cycle.

6. Auto‑Renewal: Subscription fees are charged monthly. You may cancel auto‑renewal before any billing cycle.

7. Custom Signature Scents: If you order an exclusive custom‑blend scent formula, intellectual property belongs to QIANBEI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED Usage‑rights apply only during active‑subscription; you must cease all use immediately upon termination.

  1. Payment

1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

2. Prices settle in USD; exchange rates are set by your card issuer.

3. Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

  1. Intellectual Property

1. All website content (text, images, logos, designs, formulas) belongs to QIANBEI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, protected by copyright and relevant intellectual‑property laws.

2. No copying, reproduction, modification, or commercial use without our prior written permission.

3. “QBEI LUNA” and its associated brand‑logo are brand identifiers of QIANBEI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED We reserve all rights in respect of such brand name and brand identifiers.

  1. User Conduct

No web scraping, impersonation, fraudulent orders, malicious refund claims, uploading malicious code, or infringement upon third‑party rights.

1. Website and products are provided “as‑is”; we make no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. We shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure, damages arising from improper product use, third‑party service failures, or temporary site unavailability.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. Governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China.

2. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to HKIAC with arbitration seat in Hong Kong.
